Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms", "EULA") govern your access to and use of the Clicky Keyboard application ("Application", "Service") provided by Tier One Tech ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. End User License Agreement (EULA)

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and install a copy of the Application on mobile devices that you own or control solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Subscriptions & Billing Terms

Clicky Keyboard offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans for premium keycaps and features.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes / Apple ID account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Account Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store / Google Play Store after purchase.

3. Privacy Policy Reference

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how the application operates without collecting or logging your keystrokes or personal information.
