Privacy Policy (iOS)

1. No Collection of Keystrokes or Personal Data
The Application (Clicky Keyboard - Mechanical Keyboard Sounds) strictly does NOT collect, store, log, or transmit any of your keyboard input data, passwords, financial information, credit card numbers, or any other personal text typed on your iOS device. The "Full Access" permission for the custom keyboard extension is used solely to enable local device features such as custom 3D keyboard themes, mechanical switch sound playback through the device speaker, and haptic engine feedback.
2. Information Collection and Use
This privacy policy applies to the "Clicky Keyboard" app for iOS devices, operated by Tier One Tech (collectively, the "Service Provider").
The Application itself does not collect personally identifiable information. However, to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery (such as tracking in-app purchases and app crashes), the Application uses third-party SDKs that may collect aggregated and anonymized data. This may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Mobile operating system version
- App crash logs and diagnostic data
3. Third Party Access & Service Providers
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding how they handle data. The Service Provider may share anonymous data with these trusted services to improve the Application. The Service Provider does not retain your personal keyboard data because it is never collected. Automatically Collected Data (such as crash logs via Firebase) is retained by third-party services according to their own data retention policies.
5. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt-out. 6. Children
The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 years of age, as it does not collect any personal data from any user.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
